Just weird ass shit. Before we begin: a note on Branch Task Chair assemblyįirst things first, I had to assemble the chair. His also had turning issues right off the bat where you couldn't spin in a circle with it. My husbands chair back gave out and now he can't rest his back on it without it backing down to the floor. This thing costed me more than twice as much as my beloved office chair. I WILL NEVER buy another 'gaming' chair again. This I think lead to one of the arms being super loose. The seat is tilted to the right - permanently and the back has a hug gap and it tilted the other direction. I assembled it myself and followed all of the instructions perfectly. The height lever is so far back and down I have to get out of the chair or stand up to use it. The only easy thing I can do in my new one is adjust the back. I could go up/down, adjust the back or tilt the entire thing easily. I liked my office chair adjustment levers because they were within reach and easy to grab. Wanted to be able to push it under my desk and can't. My arm rests are soft, but do not move, so I hate it. Also the chair is shittier without the pillows too, so I am in a constant state of rearranging and adjusting so that I don't fuck up my back. First day I sat in it with both pillows attached my back hurt for 2 days before I realized it was chair pillows. I slightly fixed it by sitting on a huge bed pillow. The seat has no ass support or bounce or cushion. SO many things I liked better about my office chair (that took me an hour to pick out because went to a store and literally sat in all of their chairs multiple times until I picked the perfect one). After my husband had his for while I decided to get one. Wish I would have seen this before wasting my money a month ago.
